It’s so bad I wonder how they passed Apple review. Nothing works, you have to reach out to support to get things done. Deposit takes days to reflect in you trading account, the app is so bad I decided to withdraw all my money and go back to Bamboo, and guess what? The withdrawal is taking forever as well. I’ve been waiting for 7days now and I’m still waiting. Naira withdrawal o :). The app is a joke. The team should remove it from App Store and save their brand name. Then go hire competent engineers and build new app from scratch.

Been trying to complete verification but still goes through the same process over and over again

I haven’t been able to complete my verification as there’s no button to confirm any details I enter. I enter my details, and the only option I have is to press back. Some of the verification tabs are mixed up as well. When I select BVN it shows personal information, and vice versa. And the complete setup button at the home page takes me to the verification page and then instantly back to the home page, rendering the button useless. Please fix it.
