I appreciate the encouragement and beat of the app, but you have to go through and choose the level you want every time, you can’t pause it and resume, it doesn’t track your runs. It’s actually frustrating to use. I’m mad I paid for the year because I know I won’t be using it very much. My $29 would have been better spent on fit radio.
This is a no-frills app and is exactly what I needed. I can’t believe a change in cadence could have such a profound effect - no pain. Love hearing Rachel’s encouragement along the way.
