Yummy Delivery

I use Yummy to help family in Venezuela with groceries. It is always very risky to use them because the delivery drivers often don’t use the app to save their cell data. The worst part is that they have a draconian “refund” system that makes you give up a lot of personal information on a separate form. Other similar apps just refund the money directly or offer credit (it’s all digital why do you need my personal details) AND my full bank account number? No one does this. The other thing is that you can’t block delivery drivers. We had a terrible abusive driver who we request to never get again, we got him again two days later and the young girl who had to endure his insults once again had to dea with him.

I used Binance to get Yummy credits, made an order and for some reason they overcharged me and never got that money back. The agents I talked to were useless and never got a real answer for what was happening. I DO NOT recommend this service, I should’ve listen when people told me not to use it. This is a roulette where sometimes you lose money and it is not worth it at all. By the way, don’t believe the 5 stars reviews they have, they obviously paid for those reviews. Usé Binance para obtener créditos Yummy, hice una orden y por alguna razón me cobraron demás y jamás me devolvieron el dinero, los agentes con los que hablé fueron inútiles y jamás obtuve razón de lo que estaba pasando. NO RECOMIENDO este servicio, debí haber escuchado a las personas que me dijeron que no lo usara. Esto es una ruleta donde a veces perderás dinero y la verdad es que no vale la pena, ahórrense el mal rato. Por cierto, no crean en los reviews de 5 estrellas que tienen, son obviamente comprados.

This app is useless... it has many errors, all orders arrive with errors, the app crashes, some buttons don't do what they should ie: "customize" shows the description of the product 🤷‍♂️... and their customer service is awful
