App not working
Why is the app not working ?? Almost every month or two there is an issue with the app where you cannot log in. This is unacceptable as a big gloabl company!

Useless and lack of customer support
The app is useless. I cannot sell shares, it continuously complains about an error. I sent several messages about the issue through the “contact us” on the app without receiving any response.

Hard to use, ridiculous fees, no support
It’s very hard to figure out how to sell shares. And I can’t seem to cancel any orders either, looked everywhere. To add insult to injury they have crazy fees 100$+ per transaction. I am trying to contact via email and no reply. I try to call and it just rings forever. So unprofessional not sure why my company chose this garbage provider.
