I am compelled to give this app a 1-star rating due to multiple issues that significantly impacted my experience. Firstly, the registration process is overly complicated and buggy, leaving me unable to fully utilise the app’s features. Despite numerous attempts, the problem remained unresolved. Furthermore, the customer service has been deeply unsatisfactory. Responses to my inquiries are painfully slow, and often, I am left waiting for days/weeks without any form of acknowledgment. This lack of communication is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to user satisfaction. And my attempt to cancel the monthly subscription and stop the deductions from my account was met with complete silence. Despite sending emails requesting the cessation of charges, there has been no response, and the deductions continue. This experience has been disheartening and inconvenient. I strongly advise potential users to consider these serious issues before deciding to use this app.
The app is good, very easy to work around and getting covered while doing everyday things is really useful. The events are really fun as well. The customer service is kinda nasty. Emails take almost a month to reply and by the time I receive a reply that’s automated and could be easily be found in the terms page, I find it too troublesome to send in a reply, further explaining/elaborating my problem just to wait (probably) another month for what I assume would be another textbook answer. So I guess just make sure u don’t need any assistance because it is too annoying to wait and go through all of that
I recently downloaded SNACK and used it for the very first time. It was a smooth process, not complicated at all, unlike what one may think of when it comes to buying an insurnace policy. I like the idea - how it is linked to my lifestyle and the flexibility it gives me to control over my bite-size contribution toward my insurance coverage. It’s very affordable too!
