Tried once and never again. They let me submit a delivery, I paid $64 for it and then when it was supposed to be picked up I got a call saying they were unable to deliver it because they had no driver available. Better if they let me know up front instead of when I needed it delivered, especially at that price.

I ordered something online and the company outsourced to this company for delivery. Got a text message with a link to the delivery ID and tracking ID, but then it requires to download the app. The app asks your personal information to signup. I try to use Apple ID to sign up to avoid giving my personal information to this app that I am unsure about, but it resulted in error. It’s very inconvenient for customers to track the delivery since why would I being forced to give away my personal information simply because the vendor chose this company for delivery?

This app rocks. The quality of driver training and customer service is super strong for when any real world mistakes and gaps happen. Excited to see them continue to develop new functionality and features for my business.
