Topup Flow

The app lets you add credit to your account but that’s about it. You can’t set account balance usage restrictions (a background app chewed through my 30 day data plan and completely ate the extra credit I added for calls and text). If you’re going to offer prepaid customers two avenues to top up their account (general credit and data plan) give them the controls to manage how their credit can be used. Don’t just pool all my credit together and assume I would like to use it all for data. Also, you removed the ability to see how much data you have left???

The interface is simple enough to use, but the functionality is pretty useless. I would love to know how much data I have left… None of these things are available in the app it’s really kind of unnecessary to have this app. The app doesn’t even work without data so if you’re trying to put money on your phone when your data is done, you can’t use the app you have to go to the website. What is the point?

Poor customer service I’ve been calling flow and I cannot get through to speak to anyone ; I can’t get passed the automated system. I’ve sent a mess and still have not received a response
