It's my first time using the app. The simplicity of its user interface makes the app practically helpful for anyone who wishes to avail of products and services with convenience. Other factors such as location pinning and cashless options also make the transaction more secure for both the customer and the shopper. However, it could focus more on its in-app messaging as the customers incur additional costs for communicating with personal assistants. The customer experience is satisfactory, but still has room for improvement. After multiple transactions, getting a partner is still a bit of a challenge possibly due to demand for services being much higher than the supply for partners. Fortunately, its customer support has been very responsive in attending to my concerns. Overall, given its unique way of delivering services, I think this app can really make shopping easier for more people through various improvements.

This is my first time to use the app. I needed to buy my prescribed medicine, but I have no way of doing so since I have work. I have to take this meds ASAP. I tried searching "Mercury Drug" when this suggestion popped out of nowhere and it was a blessing in disguise! I was unable to book after two tries and was ready to give up and search for other options when an unknown number called and it was the operations team of this app. They called me about my attempt in booking and they insisted to manually book instead. After just 1-2mins, they got me a rider and it reflected in my app and I got to chat with the rider about my transaction. The ops team and rider are so easy/very accommodating to talk to considering that I have to send the picture of the prescription and the payment of the meds. Will definitely continuously use this app! I love it! The only improvement I can suggest, as I have also read in other reviews, is too have a tracker where the rider is. Keep it up, MyKuya! :)

I like how this app works. I always get to book respectful and honest riders. Their customer service is also superb. So far, they never fail to attend to my queries. I just have some points to raise regarding the app itself, the in-app messaging does not update sometimes, I have to leave the screen and revisit again to get the latest ones. Whenever I send a new message, the screen won’t automatically scroll down to the newest messages. But these not critical bugs and there are workarounds for these issues so I’m still able to utilize the app. Thanks My Kuya and kudos to your customer service reps for being so reliable and being on top of things. I really love using your app specially during this time of lockdown 😊😊😊
