TLDR: if you need their service, just viber them. The app is unnecessary. // To anyone looking to download the app to book their service, dont. It's unnecessary. Like the other reviews here, I booked through the app days ahead but received no confirmation whatsoever. I reached out to FB, no response. They respond through call though which is good and then continued comms on Viber. According to them, they couldnt see my booking at all so they made me fill out my details again and proceeded there. Their service is good and staff is friendly but app is a NO.

I discovered their app via a road advertisement nearby an exit at the SLEX. I decided to give it a try so I downloaded thr appa nd registered. Unfortunately, I’ve tried giving this service multiple chances, but booking through the app has never produced a successful result. It always shows that no washer is available. However, they would later contact me through my personal number to verify my bookin, defeating the purpose of having an app in the first place coz your booking is not documented via the app. Technically, you have bo booking via the app but they are contacting you to push through with it. In one instance, they messaged to ask if they could come the next day instead. Unfortunately, the vehicle wouldn’t be available by then, which was precisely why I booked for a specific schedule that suited me. So I just let it go at that time. A few weeks later, I decided to try again. Once more, the app showed no available washers, and they contacted me again personally. I then tried a different option, scheduling a booking in advance through the app for a specific date and time. This time, it indicated that my booking was made, but the status only read “pending carwasher.” Soon after, they again reached out via personal message to inform me that my booking was “reserved,” even though it remained pending in the app. I thought that meant my booking was confirmed, so I just waited for them to arrive. But once again, they messaged later saying the carwasher couldn’t make it to our place at the scheduled time that day and asked if they could come the following day instead. At that point, I decided to stop trying and write this review instead. Additionally, their website appears to be inaccessible, and the app itself doesn’t provide any option to leave a review. I hope they could improve their services. I thought it was a promising app since they have advertising on the road, with an endorser you know. So I thought this is really legitimate. But after giving multiple tries, it showed that the app and service needs more improvements.

Booked an appointment a day prior through their app which gave no confirmation messages. I had to ask their fb page if the booking was confirmed which they said will push through but will be 30 mins late. Received a call close to the appointment time that they will have to reschedule to the next day because their service vehicle faced issues (which I didnt believe, because it was at the last minute). The caller agreed to reschedule the next day at 7PM since its a work day but their viber message indicated it was 7AM and 7PM was not possible due to them not having any washers at that time. This had to be the worst customer service having been passed around. They have all systems but none of it are working.
