It’s a simple app to follow. The moves are shown as you workout. It fits my busy lifestyle at home and it keeps me on track.

I loved the first 2 days. Tried to do day 3 and it wouldn’t let me. I purchased the monthly subscription and I still can’t get day 3 or any of the days after that. I have sent 2 emails for support telling them this and I haven’t heard back from them. Thanks for nothing...I did really like the exercises and was willing to pay for them but now I would like my money back.

This is awesome! I’m losing so much already, I really feel the change! This is awesome for any age above 8, I’m around that range, and this is perfect! It also works for adults that need a gym when they are stuck at home. Thank you again Roberta!
