can’t enter correct phone number. last digit is left off. if looking for sea view ….properties 80 miles or 40 km away say “sea view” but it’s not true. pictures of properties are deceiving. they are stretched and magnified to fool you. beware….the verbiage in the descriptions is general and leaves out important details. i have had 6 agents and only 1 was honest. best to use a sotheby’s agent WITH PROVEN INTL EXPERIENCE. if not , it’s guaranteed you will be taken advantage of.

I love to search Green-Acres, but to save listings you need an account, but the website it says my phone number doesn’t support SMS (it does). The app did let me register my number on repeated attempts, but it’s buggy: 1) it keeps getting stuck while loading the search results (sometimes tapping on a thumbnail will load that property in the property pane and resume loading search results, sometimes not); 2) when reviewing your saved Favorites, it keeps going to the top of your list rather than letting you navigate between saved properties; 3) randomly crashes and app has to be re-loaded; 4) properties that come up in the search pane show as unavailable, saying maybe the listing has expired or been removed (why show it in the search results?); 5) no way to share listings with friends/search partner in app (that I could see). Otherwise I love this app!

Many other real estate apps allow you to toggle between map and list views. Wish green acres had a map view.
