I love to search Green-Acres, but to save listings you need an account, but the website it says my phone number doesn’t support SMS (it does). The app did let me register my number on repeated attempts, but it’s buggy: 1) it keeps getting stuck while loading the search results (sometimes tapping on a thumbnail will load that property in the property pane and resume loading search results, sometimes not); 2) when reviewing your saved Favorites, it keeps going to the top of your list rather than letting you navigate between saved properties; 3) randomly crashes and app has to be re-loaded; 4) properties that come up in the search pane show as unavailable, saying maybe the listing has expired or been removed (why show it in the search results?); 5) no way to share listings with friends/search partner in app (that I could see). Otherwise I love this app!

Many other real estate apps allow you to toggle between map and list views. Wish green acres had a map view.

Since the latest version of iOS came out the share feature doesn’t work. While viewing a specific property if I click the share button a progress indicator is displayed for a few seconds, then disappears. I’ve tried killing the app and restarting, but the same thing happens.
