I had a very bad experience with Sanita’s 961 Home app. While I was pregnant, I ordered diapers in advance. When my baby was born, I found they were too small for her. I asked to exchange them for a bigger size and was told “no.” Later, they called me for feedback and said, “Why didn’t you call? We could have exchanged them.” So I asked again for an exchange after about 1.5 weeks, and this time they said “ok.” I placed a new order, expecting to exchange the diapers when it arrived. But when the delivery came, they suddenly said, “Sorry, we cannot exchange. You have to pay for your order.” This company is completely unprofessional, gives false promises, and wastes customers’ time. They told me different things at different times and never honored their word. Very disappointed and will not order again.
