Osage Casino Hotel

Received app update several months back and was FINALLY, able to create an account. I began to count on the app information and was very helpful but that came to the end of the road. Unable to use the forgot password option or just doesn’t work. Very limited support from players club and NO support from developer!! Use app at your own RISK!!

I have had a club Osage card for 12+ years. My account is useable at the casinos, free play is put on and able to be used, I get dining deals every week, & they even mail stuff to my home. I’m curious as to why this app tells me my account doesn’t exist. My card number along with my birthday gives an error that the account can’t be found. Please help, I really want to give this. App a chance.

I have a Club in Osage account. I downloaded this app with the hopes of being able to monitor my points etc. However, it has been approximately 3 to 4 months now and I still cannot create an account. The app keeps telling me there is an error that my players card number and my date of birth do not match what Osage Casino has on file. I have went to the players club at multiple Osage casinos and checked. And everyone of them have confirmed that my date of birth and players club number are accurate. In fact, One of the employees at one of the casinos told me they have approximately 10 people a day that come in with the same issue. She proceeded to tell me further that the app is not very well programmed and I would be better off to not use it at all.
