I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I initially purchased a subscription in August but quickly realized it wasn't what I thought it was and canceled it. I thought the cancellation was successful, but a few months later, I was charged four times in the middle of the night, which made me think it was fraudulent activity. Unable to determine where the charges were coming from, I got a new card the next morning. To my dismay, I woke up to find the same charge on the new card. After going through my emails, I discovered that I had canceled the subscription and reached out to the company. To my surprise, they refused to refund my money, claiming I had only canceled part of my subscription, even though I was never informed that there were multiple parts to it. Despite trying to explain this to them, they insisted on keeping the money. This whole experience has left me feeling uneasy about having my card information associated with this company. I would not recommend doing business with them, as they seem to have shady practices and lack transparency.
I signed up for one month of services canceled correctly checked my the subscription was canceled I’m my app subscriptions and reached out to customer support thinking this would be an easy fix. Was instead informed I purchased a second subscription the day after I purchased the first. You can’t start two subscriptions on any other app in the Apple Store at the same but seems like Clario is the exception! The Clario app status still says my subscription expired. When I explained that 1.) I signed up for one month and 2.) have the canceled status screenshot the customer service rep told me I could see I still had a subscription in my Clario account when I logged in. Why would I log into an app I canceled in April. Also the business name does not show up at Clario it’s Massprofit Anti Spy. Also, Good luck getting this software OFF your desktop ever.
