Dictionnaire Larousse français

I used to have a physical copy of le petit larousse that I sadly had to part with so I was more than happy to trust larousse again for learning french, but the reviews kept me from it for a while. I can safely say: - The app works great on both my ipad and macbook air. - the app doesn't take a long time to load - the IU is very appealing - every word I've searched has been there (I'm only B2). - Wneh you click on a word that is in the definition of the main word you were searching, it will take you to the definition of that new word. - different meanings for words are laid out with phrases for better understanding. kinda like reverso. Cons: - Verb conjugaison doesn't have audio. - Doesn't seem to synchronize my favorite words on mac to ipad. Although I haven't tried to figure it out. I thought it would automatically do it since it's the same apple ID. - wished it had more pictures like the petite larousse had Tbh for the price and the fact it is NOT a subscription, I am more than happy with this app.

I have no problems with the content. The app is an entirely different story. For starters, when you launch it, the splash screen stays on for ten seconds. Please, what were you thinking? Do I really have to admire your splash screen for ten seconds every time I need to look up a word?
