Al parecer la app no es lo suficientemente responsive para ser utilizada en dispositivos con pantallas pequeñas, no me permite recuperar contraseña o registrar con facebank porque el botón de continuar no se ve.

They will have you go through all the steps to verify your identity and get all the sensitive info about you…then they will say that there is a problem with something, in my case the e-mail address which we kept using to communicate with each other to verify the rest of the info. The same e-mail they used to request the bank account info and picture of my driver license. So they are just harvesting information, why they didn’t complain about my address at the very beginning, before they asked for all the other sensitive information? Be really careful with this people.

The application is great, it has really simplify my money transfers. I had some login problems at the beginning, however their customer service addressed all my issues. Gracias PipolPay.
