I had an awful experience with this app. I purchased a ticket through them, and shortly after, I received a text saying my booking was “pending” and that I needed to call them. When I called, the representative (Kairo Denis from Farehutz) told me I had to pay extra fees. If I didn’t want to pay, they offered to rebook me on Spirit Airlines, even though I specifically booked American Airlines. I have a service dog and only fly American Airlines, so this wasn’t an option for me. To make matters worse, they said I would have to pay a fee to cancel or refund my ticket! This is clearly a scam. Luckily, the charge hasn’t been deducted from my account yet, but I took precautions by canceling my debit card and reporting this to my bank as a scam. Avoid this app at all costs. It’s a complete waste of time and money, and you’ll likely end up dealing with fraud. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS SERVICE!
if you don’t listen then you can’t say you haven’t been warned! DO NOT USE THIS APP! It is a total scam and cannot be trusted. I never received a confirmation email. My husbands name was spelled wrong (system automated) but my last name wasn’t. How?! His name was first so how with my name being second wasn’t my name wrong too!? I called and they got to telling me this is a restricted flight so no refunds, no carryons or luggage, can’t check in online, and these are flights that can be seen on SW. LIES! They never provide a confirmation number for SW only one for you to give them when you call. You can’t even check your flight details on their website! I spoke with Owen”Smith” (another lie), who was supposed to be a manager. We went back and forth for over 30 mins and he kept saying he was on the phone with SW (lie). Then told me I would get my money back 10/10 when the flight took off (lie). He eventually give me a bonus SW confirmation number and hung up on me. Of course I called back and when it connected they immediately put me on hold twice before taking the call. So they knew it was me. Elsa Hayden answered and said I was going to talk to a manager Kim. She never got on the phone but “Manager” Danie did. He claimed I would get the cancellation email in 5-7 mins and hung up on me. I called back again! Talked to Jake and said the manager confirmed am email was on the way. I have yet to receive that email for cancellation! They had the right one and I wasn’t going down without a fight! Money is tight for everyone and I don’t have time to play about mine! Please I beg you don’t do it! Learn from me and take the hint!
I absolutely love this app. I’ve been using this app over the last 2 years and it never disappointed me, I always find the best prices there!
