Amiccio - Meet Friends & Dates

It drives me nuts that they make you host an event before you are allowed to join one. Not only can you not sign up, but you cant even see more details. If we’re new to the app we obviously want to go to an event FIRST before we host one to see what type of people show up, what the vibe is and ask the host for tips on how to make a good event and then invite THOSE people who attend to your event. Please please please make it so you are able to go to at least one event before you’re required to host. I would like to try out this app but Im sorry there’s no way Im hosting an event if I’ve never been to events like this before.

This app is great for spontaneous events. I can’t tell you how many time I want to just go outside for a walk or for coffee while all my friends are busy. I don’t mind going alone but going with someone is always 10x better. With this app you can meet new people and do activities that you like with people who like the same thing! New York is small yet so big. Don’t stick to your usual group of friends, get out of your comfort zone!

This is just what I needed! I moved the NYC last year and haven’t been able to meet a lot of people especially since the pandemic, and also I don’t know all the fun stuff that there is to do here yet, but with this app I can join other people in their fun activities and It’s so much fun! I would highly recommend this app to anyone who’s looking to make new friends, and have a good time in the city! 😄
