ADP WorkForce Suite

I have tried to put in my tips or just do basic checking my schedule or anything and this is the slowest dumbest I’ve I’ve ever used. I can’t even type in numbers when I’m inputting my tips if I one number it shows up as a different number example if I hit two, it won’t respond if I hit the back button, it becomes six so all of my inputting is wrong is the worst app to use for any system.

It would be nice if and when you can force this app to work. It’s glitchy. The problem is that as far as formats it makes an attempt to work on computers and mobile devices. Like a lot of technology performance over multiple applications continues to add problems. Day to day, week to week, month to month, year to year you can expect this application to boggle your mind. Regardless of any training. Any update out there. You can hang your hat on this app disappointing you time and again. Then you wait for it to be fixed. Which is hilarious because you know it will look you out again in the future. Talk to your coworkers and bond over the joy that is workforce.

I use this app 4 times a day to punch in and out at work and during lunch time. Every time I open the app I have to first select the “WorkForse Suite Login” (this could be a setting inside the app for a minority of people that work for more than one company at the time) Then put in my password, which I have stored in Bitwarden (password manager). When Bitwarden opens up I have to manually search for the log-in info since there is no reference sent back to the password managers from the app (like some other apps do). A simple Face ID, Touch ID, or a 4 digit pin to login could make my life so much easier, 4 times a day… One more thing, when the punch fails, the small black sign with white letters that shows up at the bottom of the screen, looks exactly the same as the successful punch sign , just different wording. A red box for failed punch would warn the user so much effectively.
