This used to be a good app. It hasn’t been working for a couple months now, and there hasn’t been any updates. I used to be able to search for books and place them on hold. I liked that I could renew checked out books on the app, but now you can’t even do that. It says cannot connect to the server. I have asked about it at the Richard Burges Library, but nobody who works there seems to know anything about it.
Is this ever going to get fixed? It’s been a while now with this problem.
I have used this app A LOT! As a mom and teacher, I have searched and placed holds for pick up many times through this app. However, for the past couple of weeks it has stated “unable to connect to server.” I cannot find any place to report the problem. The website works just fine. There have been no recent updates to this app and I even attempted to delete and reinstall to no avail.
