I reported a pothole on a Wednesday night and it was already fixed by Monday … probably was fixed over the weekend. They gave status changes through the process and I am very satisfied with the App and El Paso city response.
I have had a pothole on my street for weeks. Everytime I submit a request, it is closed within hours. No repairs, no comments. Just a driving hazard to show for it. No one checks requests, they just close them once they see them. No wonder this city is the way it is.
Administration of app reports for repairs or concerns is worthless. Been a month trying to have street light fixed. Repair tkts are systematically closed before repairs.
