I’m about ready to get rid of my Pitney Cube because this app makes the Cube not usable for me. It takes me at least 30-45 minutes to get the app to connect to the Cube every time I want to use the scale and weigh an item. Then when I go to print the appropriate stamp or shipping label the app gives me an error alert saying “Unable to process your request. Please try again later.” This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I’m so beyond frustrated that I wasted money on a stamp printing cube that requires this app to print stamps and the app doesn’t even work!! I have tried every troubleshooting trick in the how-to guides and nothing solves the problem. I’ve factory reset the Cube multiple times and I’m tired of having to troubleshoot every time I want to print a stamp.

The only issue I have with this app is having to log in and verify over and over. This after continually checking the box to keep me logged in. It is extremely time consuming.

I’ve used this app for quite some time and it’s very convenient. It gives you the ability to create shipping labels at the best price since you have access to USPS, FedEx and UPS with special discounts, versus going to these carrier individually. I also love printing from my phone via AirPrint. All and all, if you are sending packages it’s a great productivity tool to run your business on the go.
