What is really good is that you get guided through each room and it reminds you to look at everything! Light fixtures, window coverings, closet, baseboards literally everything. It’s also great that you get a copy of the report you filled out sent to your email. That way if you ever move out you have the information what was bad too not just the landlord. But what I didn’t like is that I have to check each category and put the picture in there. I can’t just go into a room and take pictures of all the damages and submit. I have to comment, I have to click on door for example and take pictures of the door. Something they could improve is to tell you before you start what the average time is to complete and give you a choice if you want to categorize each item in each room or just submit whatever picture you want for each room (would be much faster). It took me over 2 hours for a 3 bedroom single family house 1500square feet with yard and 2 car garage. You have to take photos of everything. Each area of the house, garage, side yard, laundry room, exterior of the house, not just the main rooms inside the house. That’s a lot of work. Of course it’s good because it helps me to show whenever I move out if there was prior damage, but even if there is no damage, I still have to take pictures in order to get to the next area in their app and to submit the paperwork. It feels like I’m doing the property manager’s job. I guess now they have pictures if they want to list the house if I move out because they had none when I moved in and I have to pay them a monthly fee.
I recently had the pleasure of renting a property in Tampa FL through 10 Star Property Management, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and stress-free. The team at 10 Star was incredibly professional and responsive, ensuring that all my questions were answered promptly. What really stood out was the self-inspection process through Ztennat. It made everything so quick and easy! I could complete the inspection at my own pace and convenience, which was a huge plus. The instructions were clear, and the platform was user-friendly. I felt confident that everything was being taken care of properly. The property itself was in excellent condition, just as described. Moving in was a breeze, and I appreciated the attention to detail that 10 Star Property Management provided throughout the entire process. Overall, this was one of the best renting experiences I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend 10 Star Property Management and the Ztennat self-inspection process to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience.”
I have to take yearly inspections twice a year for the place I rent and this app is probably the best one yet that they’ve had me download in order to complete my inspection I like that it tells you when taking the picture take a picture of it open and close I like how it identifies the bathroom where it ask you for the bathtub and then the faucet and everything is separate and kind of helps as like a self guide so that way as you’re taking the pictures you’re not too random but you’re getting the areas that are required and then also as you’re taking the pictures you can put notes about repairs or issues or things they may see and then how critical they are and you can adjust the lighting and everything making the picture bigger or smaller wide or narrow. I hope more places companies businesses use this app because it was just super convenient I’m not being paid offered a discount or anything for doing my review but it was suggested after I completed my inspection and I just thought I would share with others because I really enjoy this and as I deal with a lot of people I will suggest this especially if you have properties because you can keep a note of everything this is amazing
