Ellie's Way

Ellie’s Way has been a life saver for me. I joined in early 2016 when there were only about 1500 members. Now I am an Admin and I run the page/program for Suicide, Hope and Healing. This has helped my progress tremendously and gave me hope when I was ar my lowest. I’ve lost my dear husband, Greg in 1998 to Congestive Heart Failure and our only precious son, Hunter in 2011 to depression. I recommend Ellie’s Way to anyone who is grieving the loss of a loved one. I feel blessed to have seen my progress soar when helping others. It takes me out of my world and allows me to be useful to the newly bereaved families who join. I have met the best of the best on here and although it’s a club I wish no one had to join, I’m glad I found a source of comfort in knowing I’m not alone in my grief. I have been with Ellie’s Way Since it has started. In my time there I have become a moderator. I volunteer to help Tammy Sigman run the Suicide, Hope, and Healing Team. My heart goes out to each and every member. I have met so many people and have connected with them. I also had the privilege of attending the very first Ellie’s Way getaway. There is so much support and compassion. There is always someone available to talk to. The group has done wonders for me.
