I purchased the remove ALL adds pack, and NONE of the adds were removed. I tried reaching out to the support but it said that feature was unavailable. So then I tried requesting a refund and the request was denied. Don’t purchase anything, you most likely won’t receive it and you won’t get your money back either. Edit after the response that made zero sense and somehow made my 1 star rating EVEN LOWER. I’m not asking for new features, I’m asking for what I paid for!!!! You stole from me and your response is worse than inadequate. It’s a spit in the face, and not only did you neglect to solve the issue. You added to it by saying oh it’s so hard to run an app, I hope you understand why we stole from you. It cannot be that difficult to give your customers what they paid for. I paid for the remove ALL adds package, and it did not remove ANY of the adds. I also requested a refund and you declined the refund. This is unacceptable and I truly hope you all can get it together. If you don’t and you continue to steal from others like you did to me then I truly hope you get the karma you deserve.

I don’t understand the concept of this game. Why are lightbulbs walking into houses to light them up? It doesn’t make sense. Why do I make money from lit houses? (Am I the electric company?) And where’s the “NO MORE ADS” option? Because doing almost ANYTHING in this game requires that you watch at least one ad and there are things that require you to watch FORTY ads (and, I assume, once you’ve watched the thing that takes 40 ads to accomplish, you probably then have to watch something else that takes 80 ads to accomplish, and so on, ad infinitum (heh...see that? “Ad infinitum.” Heh.)). Not only does almost everything you can tap on the screen have a “watch an ad“ triangle on it, but now, a panel has appeared that blocks my view of the amount of money I have at the top of the screen and expects me to watch five ads in order to do something (and, I assume, restore my ability to see how much money i’ve amassed by dispelling that content-blocking panel). Sorry, developers, but nothing is “free“ that consumes 30 seconds or more of my time – it *costs* me time, therefore it is not free, therefore you’re lying about all the stuff you say is “free“ in exchange for me watching ads. And while elective ads are better than forced ads in theory, my doing almost anything in the game requiring that I watch at least one ad essentially amounts to the ads being forced upon me. There’s one way I know of for sure to not be forced or even coerced by this app into watching ads: delete the app. Which is what I’ma do. Buh-bye!

So there I started this game I was introduced by the video, I just started playing I’m in a good start. I don’t really have a lot to say , but the funny part is my dad got it to listen to the music well he finished the game so I guess that’s that. Well I really like how fast you can get houses. I got surprised that when I finished my first house the 8 dollars came up then I finished more and the money was getting higher and higher that I got to 100,000 and that the first person I found walking next to a lightbulb guy they were going the exact direction until they went to the house. Oh and the king lightbulb I thought he does the most light helping with houses but that was wrong. Oh yeah I almost forgot the gems I only have ten so I’m kinda bad with gems in games but it’s so fun to play I just downloaded it and I’m already getting a bunch of houses. The bigger the house the more the money. Well it’s real fun no lies. Thanks for the game bye bro.
