Capital Group RKDirect 401k

This is my first experience having a 401k so I’m definitely a bit lost. This app makes it so incredibly easy to understand exactly what my 401k is doing. It updates how much is contributed by my work and myself each payday, it tracks where my contributions are allocated and allows me to change it right from the app. I don’t need to worry about having my employer middle man my questions because this app handles everything!

It had been some time since I logged on to my account and i forgot my user name and password. I found the representative I spoke with to be very helpful and efficient. He informed me that the system had updated and walk me through setting up new log in information. A great help

It has done this before. App worked great. Then all of a sudden won’t open. Have deleted it and reinstalled it several times then does it again. Has bugs that needs to be fixed. I see several other people have had the same issue. When it worked it was great. A shame.
