I am totally satisfied with the profile plan and products.I wasn’t looking to lose a large amount of weight but within three months of starting the plan I lost more than I intended to and went into the sustain phase and have been there ever since.I basically was using the shakes and protein bars, pancake mix and the fiber drinks and I am actually eating more than I was eating before I started the diet. This is the first diet I have ever been on and I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this to anybody that wants to lose weight. I realize there are many more products to use for the diet but I am very happy with what I am doing and will continue using the items that I started with. I love their shakes and I love their protein bars I have a bad sweet tooth and I am a fan of chocolate and they satisfy my urges very well. I actually turn the shake into pudding for my last snack at around 9 PM and I look forward to that chocolate satisfying product every evening. I Also want to give a big shout out to Stella Schwartz who operates the facility. She has been so helpful and is always there to answer any questions and give any advice I ever need. I’ve been on the program for a little over a year and have successfully lost 83 lbs. I’m in Adapt II and can’t believe how much I enjoy my yummy foods- always full and am motivated to keep exercising because I don’t ever remember looking or feeling like this! Who would have thought!! So glad I was determined to make a change in my life when I did. The app has good ideas but unfortunately it is clumsy and does not perform. There are several “save” features. I have tried them all but you can’t add food and save. In fact I have given up adding food from my grocery list because it is fruitless and time consuming. The educational modules on diet, exercise etc do not save. You read and complete only come to return and discover the app has not recorded what you have completed. Again the coach can see the completed project, but your app does not show the progress. You have to scan through to figure out where you left off or it would have you starting over. The daily registry for exercise does not tally on the dashboard though apparently the coach can see the entry on her computer. When you add water, the app closes to the dashboard and you have to go back in each time. I have tried closing the app and re-entering the data. I just uploaded the newest version which takes me back and forth from the App Store. I would assign operator error but I used the app last year. It didn’t have as many bells and whistles but what it provided actually worked. Someone filed a ticket for me but I have not received any communication. My husband has the same problems on his app.
