Livea

The Livea app has great things to utilize. For example, it has meal suggestions for local and national restaurants. This is so helpful for eating out. One suggestion is that the app has the opportunity to scan food bar codes, and that then gets subtracted by the daily calorie intake. Also, if it would be able to click meals as what section we are using it (non-starchy vegetable, vegetable, protein, etc). Small updates needed to be up to date with other health apps. Lastly, to be able to change what your specific meal plans are that are set by the Livea team. For example, only 2 proteins, 4 vegetables, etc., whereas someone else might have more or less in that category.

Love this program & the staff!!! I joined in 2014 best decision I ever made~ life-changing~ lost over 30 pounds and continue to maintain a very healthy weight!! I was educated on nutrition, health and wellness & exercise!! The registered dietitian was so informative! I have energy back I can keep up with my grandkids it got me through menopause; not to mention over 90 choices of amazing meals that are so convenient!!! I tell everyone about Livea and how it transformed my life!! The resources are endless from their podcast, virtual workouts, recipes, the huddle and the webinars!!!

The most recent update of the Livea App is wonderful! I have been using this app since October and love that I can track my foods digitally! What I love most is that it works in conjunction with the Livea Smart Scale. I can track my weight loss, fat loss and body fat percentage easily. When I have an off week, I can look back at my most successful body fat percent drops and see what I was eating and how I was spacing my meals appropriately. I have lost over 30lbs thanks to Livea. Most importantly, I have lost all fat and water and my muscle mass has increased.
