The lock itself is great! Lots of options to unlock the door. The app is terrible. I have it set to get notifications when the door is unlocked and I was getting them in the beginning and then they just stopped. The unlock log is behind and is never up today today is November 21 and it is only showing the log for up to November 1. Those were two of the features I liked most about the app. Everything was working fine in the beginning maybe it was the latest update created these bugs I’m not sure if it started around the same time but it’s really annoying.

I have restart my iphone every time i need to do any changes to settings. Very frustrating that lock keeps losing connection with App. Turning bluetooth off and on does not help.

The lock itself is great. Works awesome. Only complaint would be that it doesn’t always recognize my fingerprint so I usually resort to the smartphone app straight away. About the app...It’s, well...ok. The Bluetooth range seems limited. (Actialky, I’m not sure if that’s a problem with the lock hardware or the app. But my phone doesn’t have problems with other BT devices) I had to add a WiFi gateway (which meant spending more money) to extend the range. Sometimes even sitting in the same room it didn’t pick up my signal. Also, it would be so much cooler if there was an Apple Watch app. My watch is almost always on my wrist and it would be so much easier to just tap the watch face and have the lock open.
