The bank is great. Never had an issue with them. The app however is terrible. Seems like it’s down or won’t log me in at least once a week. The website isn’t much better. In fact, I try to login today and the login button won’t work.
Always Friendly Service
The bank is alright except for when magically somehow my info is wrong or when half of my normal online purchases are “fraud” such as a phone, t-shirt, air fresheners, or a ring so I have to call them to fix it. The app on the other hand is terrible it seems like it crashes once a week it locks you out for “checking it to many time” I don’t think 2-3 times in one day for important transactions is to many or the app will delete my info and I will put the correct info in multiple times for it to not let me in so then I have to call the bank for them to tell me I’ve made no attempts and for them to ask the same questions they ask every time it crashes only for them to reset my password. The people are alright but everything else has been nothing but headaches.
