I used MyFin for about 1.5 years without any major issues. Then, without warning, they requested proof of EU residency, which I do not have. Shortly afterward, my account was suspended, my card was blocked, and the remaining balance on my account disappeared. For more than a month, I repeatedly contacted customer support seeking an explanation and a way to recover my funds. In return, I received mostly automated replies or no response at all. No meaningful assistance was provided, and no clear explanation was ever given regarding what happened to my money. From my perspective, this is completely unacceptable. A financial service should never leave customers unable to access their own funds while simultaneously ignoring their support requests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MyFin to anyone. Be extremely careful before trusting this company with your money. P.S. After waiting a month, I was finally allowed to withdraw my money. The problem has been resolved.

Overall, the user experience is mediocre. When transferring funds from another account to Myfin, the money is credited quickly, but it doesn’t immediately show up in the Myfin account balance. It usually takes 1–2 days before the funds become usable, and it’s even slower over the weekend. For example, a transfer made on Friday might not be available until Wednesday — unbelievably slow. It’s already 2025, yet the efficiency in Europe is still this poor. It’s both frustrating and astonishing. No wonder people talk about Europe’s decline — there’s some truth to it.

Very good stable app , everything works , registration was a bit hard since it was rejecting my passport several times but when it worked it’s okay , Apple Pay works fine Overall amazing experience thanks MyFin
