NEPViewer

I used to be able to see the amount of power each panel was producing, now I can’t find anywhere on the app that shows that. I had a panel malfunction and wasn’t producing any power. I was able to catch it because of the ability to monitor each panel in the old app. Now I guess I just have to hope that nothing goes wrong? Please address this.

I was excited to use the NEP viewer app, so that I could see our solar production, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. The app is supposed to monitor my solar system’s performance, but the data is either delayed or completely inaccurate. Customer support is practically non-existent. I’ve sent multiple requests for help.

The app does not refresh readily. To view real-time data you have to quit which logs the user out. Credentials must then be re-entered to access the app. Overall layout is pretty intuitive and user-friendly, but accessibility could be improved.
