Beehive for Mobile

I have been asked to download the app from my son’s college, I did that on my iPhone but keeps giving me error issue and I can’t log in. I can use my log in credentials on the website, but not on the app and it’s very frustrating! I have deleted the app several times and reinstalled, I have asked the college IT support but does not do anything for me! Not happy and I’ve had enough.

This app is used by my son’s school for communication, payments, timetables, and setting homework. In most instances it works fine, though it would benefit from more testing before release as there are often bugs - from timetables not scrolling and snapping back to the top, to Apple Pay payments saying they have failed when actually your account has been debited. My only other complain is that the newsfeed seems to get about one update a year - if the school isn’t going to use it, why bother with it being there?

It’s a fairly decent app now it’s been updated. It accepts Apple Pay, but when you get the smiley face saying it’s been paid and “order complete” from Beehive, the bit at the bottom says payment not complete. I almost paid twice but it had gone out of my account! That’s my only jiggle at the moment.
