The bus journey started late and then they ket us out at 3.30 AM because as per them “bus broke down” and the steering wheel was jammed. This seemed to be a proper lie. They shifted whole lot to 3 different busses. Which clearly seemed like cost prevention because other busses were going empty. This is so serious and disturbing because there were no security when we were out, standing there in cold. Without any proper knowledge of what is actually going on. There were senior citizens,children, ladies.. they did not care about what can happen. It is very unfortunate for all of us to book such a disaster bus operator who lied that bus broke down. It was a proper timing for them to lie, because nobody is going to question at night neither do anything. This was the most dangerous ride. The bus conductor was so ignorant when I asked him questions. He wasn’t able to stand in front of us and roaming here and there without making any eye contact. I heard people laughing out of sarcasm saying ‘we know what happened to the bus’ this is outrageous and should be investigated. PLEASE PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY DO NOT BOOK A BUS FROM HANS TRAVELS.

I travelled with bus from Indore to Bhopal with bus number ending with 2023. - They were 2hr 30m late from pickup point. Even than they told us to travel with the non-Volvo bus, and they stopped at min highway of 45 min and transferred us to our original bus 2023, and worst of all driver was not informed of route so he took us from out of city and did not stop at city dropping point. And when we check we were in Vidisha road. When we confronted he told he was not aware and we should have told him. And rudely asked us to leave the bus at unknown road surrounded by jungle with just 1 street light and take another bus to return to our dropping point.
