Every time I book ticket from Kanpur to vrindavan the conductor insists to step down at goverdhan chauraha stating that bus will not go to chatikara chauraha the selected drop off point Same happens when I book tickets from vrindavan to kanpur the driver denies pickup from chatikara chauraha asking me to come to goverdhan chauraha Why this harassment when we pay for the service
