Since the latest update neither my son nor I can control our drones when the app is running. Seems to start when the drones are about 50 feet away. Close the app, control returns. He has an HS510 and I have an HS720. Both on iOS and both have the same issue when flying at the same time or alone. Previous version worked without issue.

Everything was working well. Since The two recent updates 2.0.3 & 2.0.4, I’ve had problems with app closing and the fencing not turning off. No matter what I do it’s still showing the fencing up with the blue circle. It should only show the blue circle if fencing is on. It covers up the map which makes it harder to see the drones location on satellite map view. I’ve tried turning on the fencing then exiting to save setup. Go into settings again and turn fencing off and exiting to complete the update for fencing. It fixed problem before but now It still displays the blue circle. Never did that before. Also my drone will return to my location with RTH function however, for some reason it’s showing my location about a half a mile away. Google maps is always up to date. iPhone is always up to date. The only function that didn’t work prior to the newer updates was my Tapfly function for the “Track” function. It always says “fail to enter Waypoints mode”. Karen from Holy Stone is helping with this problem by forewarning problem to app developers but so far no fix. The Tapfly function for “Points of interest” works. Not sure why the track feature doesn’t work since it’s in the same Tapfly feature section and should with the same. I hope they fix these problems soon. Frustrating when everything was working well with the one exception. Please work on fixing any issues. Thanks.

I purchased a holystone 720E around Christmas and worked GREAT for about a week then started having issues with landing and turning off because the propellers wouldn’t stop spinning I contacted customer support and they were AMAZING with helping to resolve the issue !!! They are sending out a new drone with no charge and told me to keep the old one for spare parts after sending them a video of my problem and this day and age WHO DOES THAT !!! I am 100% satisfied with the response unfortunately the iOS apps are not working anymore even with the new update, really hoping they can fix the issue SOON BUT THE DRINE FLYS GREAT!!!!!!
