Love Feedr as a perk - such a great way to enjoy food as a team compared to Deliveroo etc. Their customer support is great as well, never waiting more than 5 minutes for an answer.

Imagine a situation where you are in the office and order food hours in advance and are given a mandatory 30 minute delivery window. Then imagine that the food doesn’t arrive and you have (a) no way of tracking where it is, (b) no way to contact the restaurant and (c) a (Russian-roulette style of “live chat” replies - maybe you’ll get noticed but who knows?). Couple that with the extremely limited menu offering and somewhere else to get to yet you have no choice but to wait IF you’ll ever hear from the restaurant or the laughable “customer service”. Welcome to Feedr. Don’t even bother wasting data to download this.
