A very clunky system. Occasionally works ok but generally very poor. Tells you to uninstall the app and reinstall. Which makes not a jot of difference.
The map wasn’t working for ages but now seems ok. However, it pointless because once you’ve entered lots of data it won’t save or submit , even if it says it is doing so. I did previously manage to submit a case one month ago which was just closed without any update or action (not a fault of the app but shows it’s pointless wasting your time with this).
A major update has recently been released. This is rendered the app completely useless. You are unable to see any past cases without getting an error message and even the help section is bugged and cannot be used ! I can’t believe how poorly this has been made, and we effectively paid for it !
