The mobile pricing is competitive, but the app is unresponsive and service is bad. You will have to pay for the first month first, but because the app is unresponsive, you won’t be able to port in your number. I raised to the service team about this issue with video recording of the app being unresponsive. They replied that they are not aware of such issue and won’t be able to give me a refund. If you see the reviews, it is very clear that the app has problems. When feedback and reviews are not taken seriously, I don’t think this will be a mobile plan that you will want. Despite the price being competitive, there are still other plans with similar pricing. I recommend that you shouldn’t embark on this mobile plan as I had wasted 1 month cost without even managing to use the plan at all. Even the reply was to get someone to contact me, no one had contacted me since.

Changi Go has one of the best-value-for-money plans. But their network is really bad in some locations; such as viewing a online menu at Clark quay. My most annoyed spots is just right outside my house. Where I squat there smoking and the network totally goes to 3G . When I stood up from squatting, it becomes 4G again! I don’t understand how a 1 metre gap affect the network so much. Also, it doesn’t have attractive roaming package to countries such as Australia. I’m honestly going to change telco vey soon if they don’t improve on their network and data roaming.

Bad experience when I tried to contact the support team since 20 Feb 2022 when I am unable to access the mobile data although there is 4G connectivity indicated in my phone (self checks on phone setting to ensure mobile data turn on, APN correct, SIM card remove/replace, phone restart, change another phone) but all does not work. Call the hotline (after endless wait time only go be advise to email or WhatsApp issue with screenshots as they work separately with the technical team) and was told that sever has been down for the pass 2 days (assure that service will be resume by end of the day but problem remains and nothing rectified). Emailed and WhatsApp as per advise but still no response to resolve the issues after several messages. Please do not indicate 24h availability and reply if you do cannot honor your promise. Call back to hotline and repeated the same issue and the cycle start again. Request to change my SIM card as exhausted all means only to have my mobile services suspended. Tried to login to the app and found that ‘user does not exist’ Did I just got deleted? When my monthly subscription is still being paid? Pls give me back my mobile data so that I can port over to another Telco that has a prompt solution for the customers instead of false promises. Really disappointed with Changi mobile and their customer service with no close loop. I hope someone will really follow up and have a proper closure to this issue.
