Outdated app not getting the updates it should. Takes a lot of time to scroll through your open claims which appear in a random fashion. Whenever a document is missing or not accepted, you don't get notified by email or otherwise so you need to spend time checking back again and again. All in all the app needs a lot of patience to use it!

The app lost in fact most of its functionality. Only 3 applications appear now per page and you can’t scroll between pages because the icon for chat with your insurer is on the arrow. There is no filter to check the recent applications. Also payment data and the receipt don’t appear anymore. It’s a pity that you made a good app less functional

After putting the credentials, the app doesn’t redirect to the home page, it freezes to the loading screen
