Kingdom of the planet of the apes far exceeded my expectations. Kingdom is well written, the casting is spot on and the CGI coupled with detail to each and every scenes cinematography wasn’t just mind blowing, but it draws you in so fast that you lose yourself and tend forget that it’s just a movie and not in fact another place in time that isn’t a world inhabited by a dominant species of some far off planet of highly evolved intelligent apes. I believe Charlton Heston would be proud of this portrayal of Kingdom.
