I have been using this app for almost a year for most of my transactions and other services… The only issue that bugs me is soo many updates…I understand these updates are for develop the app and make it more convenient but having so many updates in every month is kinda annoying…And we even can’t open the app without even updating so when i have to do a quick transaction through the app i have to do the update…Otherwise I’m happy to say that genie is a convenient and user friendly app..

I just downloaded this app few months ago when I opened a digital savings at DF. But never used but recently for a urgent cash need I requested a quick loan via this app. Really awesome within 24 hours. My loan facility approved. Even guarantor submission form too automated with sms alert. I started using fund transfers fully free of charge .. device loans, bill payments much more facilities. Really very user friendly & very quick & speed. I have planned to save digital FD … etc. I fully become & full time use all my banking transactions using thins app. Reliable, user friendly, …. Etc 👍👍👍
