If foreign residents are not allowed, they should clearly mention it first instead of wasting people’s time and collecting personal information. Their customer handling is the worst no replies to emails, and they still use outdated WhatsApp numbers or methods for communication. Totally unprofessional and misleading. I don’t recommend anyone to use this app until they improve their process and customer service.
