Bringko

I’ve always loved Korean skincare products but they weren’t as readily available where I live. I would always have to ask my relatives in Korea to send me products but always felt bad to ask because it was cumbersome with high shipping costs. However, recently a friend recommended the Bringko app to me and this app changed my experience in purchasing Korean products. This app had so many products that weren’t available here and at a much more affordable price compared to the international price! Although the app can be slow, it was super easy to use so I didn’t mind the lag. Once the products arrive at Bringko’s warehouse, it only took about 3-4 days to ship and deliver here! You can also track your package at this point and see where it is. Bringko also provides pictures of your order prior to shipping. Overall, I am very satisfied with this app, it’s affordability, and fast shipping. I plan to use Bringko for future purchases! 쓰고 싶었던 한국 스킨케어 제품들이 많았는데 미국에선 너무 비싸거나 구하기 어려워서 최근에 친구추천으로 브링코에 주문하게 됐어요. 물건값도 저렴하고 찾을수 없던 제품들이 다 있었어요. 빠른 배송, 완벽한 포장과 저렴한 배송비에 놀랐어요. 앞으로 브링코 애용할 것 같아요!

I have used Bringko multiple times especially when I buy a few books or they have promotions and so far it has worked out for me. I wish the instructions were clearer about international shipping cost being charged after arrival at their warehouse. Or they could also charge expected amount at time of purchase and take care of the rest later like G market does. Overall cost seems a bit high as they charge separate service fee, but it is not unreasonable. I like the fact that they show the photo of my package’s weight which seems super clear. They have also shipped out my stuff at a timely manner.

First of all, I’m quite shocked to see all the negative reviews below. I’m a frequent customer of Bringko since they started because of the cheaper shipping cost than asking my family/friends in Korea to send stuff I need to the US. People need to understand that shipping cost from Korean post office or other express companies are no joke. But because Bringko is charging me their corporate(?) rate shipping cost, it is much much cheaper. And I’ve also experienced some slow delivery before, but I think they improved the shipping speed now and it takes about 4-5 days once they ship. (I live Southern California) Also, what I really like is that I can choose and buy almost anything from Korea! There are a lot of businesses out there to sell Korean products, but I have to choose from their listing, which lacks variety. And I felt bad asking my family to send me stuff from Korea before because of expensive shipping cost and hassel, but not anymore. :) Bringko even caught of my items was wrong size when it was delivered to their warehouse, so they re-order that item and sent me an email about the delivery delay due to that product. Super customer service. Thank you Bringko and hope you would get more positive reviews!
