This is such a great, brilliantly wild little app that allows you to do two-minutes of mindful breathing, giving you signals by audio and visual when to inhale hold exhale hold that come with or can be adjusted by user. I've never travelled so deep into the northern reaches of Asia - places we don't think of often seem to help transport the self away.

This app allows me to hear and see the beauty that I did not know existed in Siberia, if I’m in the mood. If I just want focus on the audible, visible, and even softly vibrating breathing guide, I can choose to do so mid-session. I find the app to be intuitively simple to use. I am really grateful to have found it! Steven C
