I have been a long time user if E2. They are terrible at listening to customer feedback and charge a ridiculous amount for annual support with almost nothing improved over the years. This particular app was moderately beneficial but now is useless. Will not load. Starts to load and then prompts with error 500. Even though we have purchased the software and host on our site they refuse to help get this app working. It was working fine until one of their updates broke it. It has been broken for well over 1 year.

When a user is logged into multiple jobs, this app will not show what they are logged into. Only shows “multiple” for the jobs.
Please, make it so when you select a user, then it shows all the good information. What jobs they are in, the operations, etc.
still useless as it stands.
