Registration would be quicker and easier if the username/password selection supported iOS autofill (so I can generate a new random password for this service with a single tap).
Ditto for auto filling credit card info from my keychain.
It would also be amazing if you could unify the EA and electrify Canada experiences instead of making me register again.
Finally, I had the auto-load dollar amount. This should work like a gas pump -- pre-authorize $100 when I start a session, then bill the actual amount upon completion. It is not consumer friendly to have $5-10 tied up in a bunch of different company's bank accounts.

The chargers I used or attempted to use in Canada were all in disrepair and working poorly. I’m going to stick with Tesla chargers going forward. This company has not been able to keep up maintenance after initial investment.
