I've had the worst experience with thahab and unfortunately that isn't what I expected. I placed an order on the 19th and didn't get a confirmation until the 27. Their COD is actually cash on delivery. You must pay 30% of your total and it's no refundable. I received my order on the 29th and still didn't get my full order. I keep contacting them on WhatsApp and don't get reply in days. They keep me on hold and just forget about me. There was a shoe lace missing from the box I don't know why. It took them 3 weeks from the day I received the shoes to check if there is an additional lace which is already mentioned in the description on the shoe in the app. The box was damaged and it shows like it has been open several times. If you are willing to buy the Balenciaga just don't.
