A few things I wish I knew before installing and trying to use this app to travel from Belfast to Dublin:
1. You can’t use this app to buy tickets for more than one passenger - this was never mentioned until I tried to activate two tickets.
2. When your coach arrives the driver will ask for “internet tickets”. Tickets bought on the app via the internet are not internet tickets. 🤔
3. Internet tickets mean tickets bought on the web the day before. The driver will keep asking for these people and not seat anybody else. They have a paper log of who has bought internet tickets. I don’t know why they can’t use that info to determine how many other seats are available but that’s not how it works.
4. If you have a contactless credit card or Apple Pay set up there’s literally no reason to use this app.
