We live in a day & age of mediocrity in service. It’s the very reason I loathe going to big retailers or most businesses for that matter. We’re a digital marketing startup and wanted a phone service obviously. I tried grasshopper and go daddy’s services before sticking with Reach. It’s the best priced and has the best customer service-Hand’s down. I’ve had an issue with every single service I’ve tried where the number issued shows up as scam likely. Each one tells you they have to put in a request for your desired name to be associated with the number. Reach was the only one that was able to get our company name to come up on caller ID’s and stop saying scam likely. Grasshopper and go daddy couldn’t. That’s why I canceled those two. Anyhow, as I stated before, the customer service here is excellent and the value can’t be beat. It’s a waste of time to even look around.
If you’re looking for a reliable app for your business, I recommend you keep looking and do not waste your money on this junk app. I have had countless issues with clients not receiving calls and messages or not being able to get through to me on this app. I’m a licensed mental health practitioner and had been utilizing this app for a second number from my personal line so that I could be easily reached but set boundaries with “out of office” business hours. It will cut off on me in the middle of a phone appointment and/or in the middle of sending a text. My final straw was when I was on vacation and a whole week went by before I even knew the app was having another glitch. I kept dealing with the issues because I didn’t want to have to change my number for my clients’ sake. But at this point, I’ve lost count of how many times this app has cost me money and caused my clients and myself unnecessary stress. I thought for $12 a month it would at least work. I wouldn’t want this app for my worst enemy. Never again
I have been using Reach for about 6-7 months now and it has been a huge relief after using google voice. Reach has a great product that works very well. If I ever have any issues, their technical support has been amazing. They are constantly improving with updates. The desktop and app versions have worked perfectly and you can integrate a phone number you already use so you don’t have to switch numbers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
